No One Positive Left Behind No One Positive Left Behind The Families Living with AIDS Care Center is located in the rural city of Hemet Calif. I am Curtis Smith the Founder and a 38 year Survivor of HIV/AIDS along witn my family. We have lived in this rural region for 30 years. And in 2001 I became deathly ill and had to stop working to go on Social Security. In that process I could not find resources for me and my family that addressed our unique health challenges. With That being said, I had a Spiritual Epiphany that we were not alone and to become the change I wanted to see in my community and began reaching out to those living with HIV and saw such a profound need thus founded this Non-Profit. For 16 years I have been providing out of my own resources and thankfully some donations but not enough for sustainability. We serve the population of People Living with HIV that include Families and Individuals of the following communities: LGBTQ, Trans, Aging, Youth, Recently Incarcerated, Women and the list goes on as all walks of life are impacted by this disease. Along with Prevention in this large Rural Region of Mid Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. We recently acquired a Contract with Riverside County that we are extatic about but we can only invoice or get reimbursed for services rendered and we are in desperate of working capital to hire needed Staff and Start Up Operating Cost to provide the following services. HIV/HepC Testing, Prep & Pep Navigation, Medical Transportation, Emergency Housing Assistance, Case Management, Food Vouchers, Linkage to Medical Care, Unique and Various Counseling and Support Group Services that address Sexual Health and Quality of Life Navigation to retain People Living with HIV in Care that reduces the transmission of HIV by staying Undetectable. Rebuilding Bergeaud community hospital cmsh.nonprofit Christian Mission South Haiti is a nonprofit 501c3 organization, for more than two decades, Christian mission south Haiti provided educational, medical and disaster relief supplies to the people of Les Cayes, Haiti. However, the earthquake destroyed our medical building, therefore, stopping out effort to provide medical care to the population, the region is very poor and the majority cannot afford to pay the medical costs, and it was the main reason that Christian mission south Haiti decided to provide such service to little or no cost at all. We are a start up non profit here to see into the lives of the youth. My mission is to provide a safe space where the youth between the ages of 10-18, can come and receive support As well as learning coping skills To get them through trauma and or mental illness they may be suffering with.Along side of mentoring from well established adults that come from the same humble beginnings/background. The funds from this fundraiser will be used to sponsor children/youth who would like to attend the classes and workshops we will host throughout the year. Rise and Grind 4 Youth onthegrindassociation Help Onthegrind raise funds for park and recreation in local communities. We help renovate playgrounds and skateparks across the world. We will help bring life back to your local skatepark and playground bringing fresh new equipment that is safe and new age. We also help bring concrete skateparks to life. Over time metal amd wooden ramps become unsafe and fall apart. We do a community based approach having them involved from the start with community events and fundraisers. We also help with grants. We like to bring the community together to help the youth get safe places to get out amd exercise and grow. -
Give to MOHTC Gus Martinez Miles of Help Through Christ Inc (MOHTC) was established in 2010 to help the homeless but has grown into so much more since. We've created additional programs to help young people avoid becoming homeless by becoming independent, self sufficient, and financially literate. Aside from having free, public events throughout the year to help struggling individuals and families, we've also particated in every major disaster relief since 2017. We're currently building our own Emergency Community Food Pantry. Why give? Because we give it all back.
