As Suicide Awareness Month comes to an end, I want to bring your attention to a great charity from my hometown doing some much needed work. The SAM Foundation was started in memory of Sam Johnson to prevent suicide through public awareness and education. Their goal is to change the way our communities view mental health and serve as a resource to those who have been affected by suicide.
